My MA in Design for Television has now started at Nottingham Trent University.
New University, new city, new course and new people. I'm definitely out of my comfort zone but this year should prove to be a very useful move towards my future career.
The project I hope to undertake while at NTU looks at the use of stylisation and theming in children's and family films. What makes a successful theme and how can a set designer use this to make a film capture the audiences imagination?
Can what is achieved in film then be used in the entertainment busines, to create a more exciting and captivationg experience for visitors in a theme park setting.
